Teacher Ophelius.
Subject: “Time Is Now.”
Received by Chris.
Teacher Ophelius: “The time is ‘now’ my friends – there is no past or future. This is a very difficult concept for many to understand. You have all heard about this before, this ‘living in the now,’ or ‘living in the moment.’ What exactly do I mean by this? Let me explain. All that you are, all that you think and feel is happening now – not in the past, not in the future, but now. Yes, we all have our memory of past ‘now events,’ and we have our hopes and conjectures about the future ‘now,’ but everything there is exists in the present moment. You can have life and have it more abundantly right now if you can keep living consciously in this ‘now’ present moment.
“Many of you who are starting out on this path of spiritual awakening are dealing with many emotional and past traumatic events that have shaped who you are in this now moment. These personality-shaping events, most often in early development, lead one into limitations of personality expression. Your ‘now moments’ are constantly being shaped by what happened in the past and you are constantly checking and comparing your present now moments with your past now moments and keeping your personality expressions in this ‘template’ of how to think and feel based on the expectations of the ego-self. This ‘emotional template’ even prepares your thinking for the future now events that are yet to occur by telling the ego-self what is expected of you – that you must think, act, and react according to this framework. You are caught in a loop of now moments that are really just a succession of past trauma checking and future expectations that prevent you from living freely and consciously in the present now.
“How do we live in the present? Can we just forget our past and all our traumas? The key to living in the now is to ‘forgive and forget’ – a wonderful phrase you have all heard. Forgiving yourself and others for past wrongs is one way of letting go of those past now moments that keep you in this ‘checking the template’ mode of thinking. Accepting these moments as ‘teaching moments’ and accepting the limitations of awareness of those who have wronged you will help you to live in the present now by freeing up all that wasted mind energy that is constantly working and checking the template.
“Use your newly found awareness to focus thought on achieving and manifesting your desires to perfect yourself, pursue truth, create beauty, and exude goodness by lighting up the world around you. This is true happiness my friends, to live in the moment – free to live, love, and laugh without regret, without fear, without feelings of unworthiness. All reality is now and your experiences of the now. You will never again have the unique opportunity to experience now moments on your native planet, so let us ‘seize the moment’ and make these moments the most exciting, loving, joy-filled moments you can – it’s happening now!
“Peace to you,
“The Circle of Seven.”

Thought Adjuster.
Subject: “An Easy Life.”
Received by Oscar.
Thought Adjuster: “Would you prefer an easy life or a life of growth and great satisfaction? Human beings by nature shy away from difficulties. The philosophy of the ‘path of least resistance’ is the excuse employed by many to do nothing. In truth, the path of least resistance is the path of the Father, because any other road will take you nowhere and would exclude the ‘impulse of love’, the primordial force that sustains the universe and all beings.
“An easy life for an average human being would be a life where everything happens just the way that person would like. An easy life is a life where you would never have to leave your comfort zone in order to move forward. An easy life is a very limited life, because the natural human aversion to the unknown would effectively prevent you from learning anything new.
“It was not an easy life that made you search for spiritual things. It was not an easy life that inspired in you the desire to be a better father to your children and not let them feel the loneliness and abandonment you experienced. It was not an easy life that motivated you to leave behind what you knew, and move to another part of the world to search for a great fortune. You have learned, however, that the spice of life is in adventure, the unexpected, the surprises, and thus you have slowly left behind your earlier expectations and you have started to learn to leave things in the hands of your Father.
“The Father doesn’t promise you an easy life, but He promises a life that will provide everything you need to grow and to fulfill your eternal destiny – to become increasingly more perfect, a more faithful expression of truth, beauty and goodness. Nothing you really need will be denied you, and it will be up to you to see the opportunities that are placed on your path.”

Teacher Prolotheos.
Subject: “Maturity in Life.”
Received by Valdir Soares.
Prolotheos: “A human being reaches sexual maturity – gains the capacity to reproduce – when puberty arrives around the 13th year of life. However, a boy or girl at 13 years of age is clearly not yet mature enough in life. They are not prepared for life. Experience is essential to maturity, and you simply cannot skip it. Either you are mature, or you are not. Unfortunately, some people do not seek life experiences that will contribute to their personal maturity; and so it does not matter how old they are, they will never mature. Maturity, then, is a process in which several factors must coincide. Some of these, however, are most essential in anyone reaching maturity.
“The first ‘essential ingredient’ for maturity in life is to accruement of bona fide experiences. As well, there are experiences that are altogether pointless. Usually these kinds of experiences are the ones that result from one’s seeking temporal pleasures, animal urges, gratification of vain desires, or selfish realization of will. Bona fide experiences are the ones that are the result of seeking superior realization of values and understanding of higher meanings. People searching for values and meanings are not just seeking knowledge. They are seeking wisdom. Bona fide experiences can be both intense events and cumulative achievements that produce an experiential balance in facing life and its vicissitudes.
“Maturity in life is the fruit of meaningful personality unification. Personality is evident by function of will. It is in charge of existential unification, either the individual is conscious of it, or he or she is not. However, in its attempt to unify choices, factors that are naturally incompatible may render the individual psychologically awry, and produce a deviant character, which may favor evil and malevolence. The personality unification that produces ethical maturity is the one that, together with achievement of bona fide values and meanings, brings a balance to the physical, emotional and intellectual factors resident in a particular individual. Meaningful personality unification starts its realization when a person sincerely decides to do the will of God in his or her life.
“Finally, maturity comes to a human being when he or she lets spiritual primacy take over in all aspects of life. That is what we call spiritual maturity, which cannot be reached without the poise and conscience of the individual, and of both the Spirit Within and the spiritual self, the soul. The spiritual dominance happens when the soul, as the receptacle of all spiritual growth, produced by the conjoint action of Spirit Within and the individual self, and by means of the human will, finally governs all actions of a person with a spiritual purpose and meaning. Spiritual dominance is a constant awareness of the spiritual value of life in all its aspects.
“Therefore, my pupil, your personal maturity is a multi-faceted process that culminates in spiritual maturity. Seek out the experiences whose meanings will remain with you for all eternity. Among those, undoubtedly, are the ones motivated by love, truth and beauty. Spiritual maturity is not gained automatically; it is personal¸ and it depends of each decision you make, reaffirming the spiritual priority in all you do. I am Prolotheos, saying to you and all: Aim for the best, and the very best will come ever closer to you. Peace!”

A Mentori Spokesperson.
Subject: “Of Bondage and Freedom.”
Received by Lytske.
Mentor: “Some days ago we spoke about doors, and more specifically about the door of the heart, whether it be open or closed, and we touched briefly on the problems connected with this. I would pursue this in a similar vein and use the word bondage.
“People are held in bondage in one form or other. This deals mainly with their habitual thoughts, which keep them in bound to such an extent that they are incapable of thinking along original lines. These habitual thoughts have become like a security blanket from under which they dare not venture beyond the norm, to think outside the box.
“With this I mean that they are like sheep following one another without thinking independently how this could serve them in their personal spiritual growth. It is time for the masses of humanity to wake up and realize how they are kept in bondage, some even by the elders of their various places of worship.
“The Creator intended for each individual, born on every planet in space, to think for themselves and grow into the divine blueprint He bestowed upon each living and thinking mortal child. If the Creator had wanted a race of mortal clones, He would have created them so. Instead He gave each human child the capacity to think for themselves and make decisions, indeed, barring genetic and unforeseen accidents, from which humans emerge less than capable of thinking and rendering their decisions.
“To discover the extent to which bondage exists, consider not this individual to be a rarity, but rather deem the world at large to be in some way controlled and therefore in bondage, albeit that most of you are not even aware of how extensively insidious this bondage can be. Your thoughts restrict you and therefore keep you in bondage to circumstances, as the why’s and wherefore’s ever escaped you, because of patterns of habitual thinking, choices and decision making.
“Think what you can do to acquire freedom within yourself and clarity of your thoughts, so these don’t run amuck like a team of spooked horses – creating that merry-go-round of your mind. The answer is actually very simple; get off the merry-go-round and free your thoughts to more useful and elevated matters. It is in your power to achieve this. Cut the cords that bind you to a tedious train of thought, stop this and veer onto a different track for a more hopeful and positive scenery. There is so much to be enjoyed in life, as the Creator has given you the free will to open yourself to the many blessings which may so far have passed you by unnoticed.
“It is already a blessing and a privilege to wake up to another day of spiritual growth, and to be able to ask yourselves how you shall spend your day as a new person, open to anything new … or once more wasting the day as per usual, according to habit and routine, so all days will appear alike, dull and gray when reminiscing?
“Life is meant to be enjoyed, not endured, so get out of old habits which prevent you from having original thoughts.”

Teacher: Thought Adjuster.
Subject: “Every Moment is the Right Moment to Express His Love.”
Received by Oscar.
Thought Adjuster: “You can achieve much when your heart holds the desire to serve your Father and your neighbors. Renown is not necessary, and frequently a need to be recognized becomes an obstacle to the full expression of good. There are some who do nothing unless they are sure someone else will know about it, or unless they believe someone may discover their indolence. Those who decide to act as if they were always in the presence of the Father know that every moment is the right moment to express His love.
“The technique of Jesus was to always do His Father’s work without attributing a lot of importance to himself. Thus, He was able to be a transparent and effective tool. He also managed to avoid any external form of persuasion that an authority figure could have over his or her peers. He never took advantage of His knowledge, His intelligence or His reputation, to coerce His brothers and sisters to enter into the Kingdom. He did it all with utmost simplicity, by directly appealing to the hearts and souls of men and women.
“He illustrated true humility, not the humiliation of self, but rather a higher form of self-love, and he was willing to believe that he could become like his Father. Whilst many humans believe they are unworthy and therefore unwilling to try to improve, Jesus acknowledged His personal limitations and His duty to His Father.
“Just as human parents discover that their duty toward their children becomes light by the grace of love, Jesus illustrated how the duty of the children of God can become light by their participating in the love of the Father.
“Let love be your only motivation, since it is the only thing that will provide you with results and benefits in eternity. The material rewards can be a ‘side effect’ of exercising goodness, but they are not necessary nor should they be a requisite. The acknowledgment by, and rewards from, your peers may be the natural reaction of those who are benefiting by your love, but this should not be your motivation in being the best you can be.
“All the inspiration and motivation needed to grow and advance spiritually is already inside you. Once you have felt the call to serve your peers – one of the fruits of spiritual growth – focus on that task without either hesitation or expectations. Let the Father take care of the outcomes and do what He has inspired you to do, because this is the path He has prepared for you, and that path will take you to perfection and to your eternal goal.”
