Subject: “The Most Highs of the Constellations.”

Prolotheos: “Urantia and all other inhabited spheres in this super universe of Orvonton are under three levels of government, care, and supervision. From Uversa, our super-universe capital comes the general supervision for all local universes by the agencies of the Ancient of Days. From the local universes comes the government of the Creator Sons, as our Christ Michael (Jesus) most capable directly governs our Nebadon Universe, which He Himself established. And finally, from the Systems is dispatched, for the inhabited worlds, a Planetary Prince, for the planetary government. However, on this occasion let's talk about an intermediary and very important level of supervision, the Most Highs of the Constellations, who have jurisdiction over 100 systems and mostly oversee the social development of its inhabited planets, like Urantia, which belongs to the Constellation of Norlatiadek. Without trampling over human free will, the three Most Highs in each Constellation are the ones that rule in the evolutionary worlds.
1. Sponsoring Changes Towards Holistic Progress.
“In their superior wisdom, the Most Highs take on account the level of spiritual, moral, and social development of the peoples and races of a planet and conduct changes accordingly. In Daniel’s days, for example, the Great Empires were the most practical and efficient way to conduct almost the whole known civilization in one direction and the Most Highs used them to accomplish their progressive long-term objectives. The Most Highs seek a unified government in the evolutionary worlds. However, on Urantia that was not so following the Lucifer Secession, which resulted in the so-called ‘sovereign’ and ‘independent’ nations of your time. Although your age experiences some good technological progress, your world still is very backward spiritually, socially, and morally. The progress in these fields was due mostly to three factors: Christ Michael’s Bestowal on your world, His sending of His Spirit of Truth, and the general coming of the Adjuster Monitors to Urantia.
2. Restraining Unwise and Detrimental Planetary Changes.
“Not all changes are beneficial to a particular world and certainly not every progressive feature is entirely proper at any time. Therefore, to avoid severe, disruptive, and retarding conflicts in the evolutionary worlds, the Most Highs wisely restrain some untimely changes in certain sectors of some spheres to achieve the most homogeneous progress for the whole. That may explain, in general, much of the movement of the social pendulum going forth and back between conservatism and liberalism in your world. Sometimes, even desired social and political advances must be held back to allow other peoples in a more backward stage to keep up with the progressive changes.
3. Preserving and Fostering Positive Changes So Far.
“The Most Highs of the Constellations not only stimulate and promote adequate and timely changes for the evolutionary worlds as they also formulate specific programs to keep and advance the progress was obtained through past positive changes. In general, Freedom is the main agenda, balanced with social responsibility and spiritual sensibility. Wars certainly are ugly and destructive of values and institutions, but in the lack of more spiritual and civilized ways to solve crucial problems, the Most Highs even allow them, but not without putting in place some safeguards to prevent extreme moral breakdowns and grave social retrogression. The Most Highs do not plan or cause wars, but they might use them to wisely advance their spiritual, social, and political objectives. All this without violating freedom of choice of the individuals.
“Therefore, my pupil, there is a well-ordered and spiritual government structure working on your world, including the one from the Most Highs, directly impinging on Urantia affairs. Everything spiritual, social, political moral, cultural that is happening in your world is ably overseen by these most capable supervisors. They know it, and they have each feature under cautious administration, seeking the wholesome good for the whole of Urantia. That doesn’t mean that conflicts, wars, tragedies will not happen, but as this progressive government from on High continues, the tragedies will certainly diminish. You can count on that. Subject: “A Superior Brain and Mind.” (Part Transmission).

Beatrice: “That’s good. That’s fine. This is Secondary Midwayer, Beatrice, right here with you. I have this receiver in my clutches now, and I will endeavor to hold his attention for the duration of this chat, this lesson. Good day to you, my dear friends.
“I am the Midwayer who helped guide Dante Alighieri throughout his extensive writings over a prolonged period of time. I am the leader of one of the small clans of Midwayers that, from time to time, are appointed to undertake certain tasks by ‘Those on High’.
“My present job is to teach, and one might say I am enjoying a short holiday break from these activities. There are many (former humans) from this planet still unfamiliar with the daily goings on in which the Secondary and the Primary Midwayers are playing their parts. And so, together with student visitors from other planets, I teach them our and their Urantia history.
“For me, on this day, my given task is to discuss with you and, all who will learn about awareness – awareness of your behavior as it affects yourself and others; self examination of thoughts, feelings, motives – of the reason why you do the things you do, and therefore, and therewith, an opportunity for you to progress in this earthly life to, indeed, know yourself.
“This is your earthly stepping-stone into your eternal life, and an important one it is. Life – the golden opportunities and real hazards of your evolutionary existence here – have no ‘credibly suitable’, ‘hard knocks’ alternatives on the utterly safe mansion worlds. Whatever total spiritual, intellectual, and moral progress you depart with from this planet is what you start off with in your new life on the mansion worlds. However, should at any time your awareness of what goes on around you lag in certain ways about the seemingly mundane, there will be provided a period of time during which you can look back, when you can make comparisons with others, and do this much more openly than is possible on your world right now.
“On the mansion worlds you will be in receipt of a vastly different, superior brain and corresponding morontia mind with which to progress, and so it is inescapable for you to look back upon your earth life almost in a way of observing that terrestrial life as if it had been of another. There will be huge memory gaps, for it is typical of your human behavior to see more clearly the motivations of another, and perhaps be unaware of your own.
“In looking back upon your earth life and piecing it together bit by bit, event by event, you will be able to more clearly discern those instances where you were so right, those instances where you were so wrong, and in that realization ‘resides’ an aspect of your further progress.
“It has been my task to teach these things, bring together those who have already left your world, and re-acquaint them with each other to improve their collective memories. And after a short time, a short break here and now, I shall return to likewise exercises on Mansion World One.
“For me it has been a wonderful gift to be allowed this opportunity to say hello to all, and express my wish that at some time in the near future I may be granted a return to my home planet. This is Secondary Midwayer, Beatrice, signing off for now.”

Thought Adjuster: “Human beings, by nature, will always resist monotony. They were created to grow, to become ever more perfect, to better understand the reality that surrounds them, and to live in constant discovery of your Father in heaven. For a creature that has only just begun to live on the scale of eternity, there will always be new and higher needs and longings to satisfy.
The key is to find the right way to fulfill your eternal longings. I suggest that the main desire in your life should be to know the Father and to become ever more like Him. This is the yearning that has been “programmed” into your being since the moment your existence was conceived in eternity. Yes, long before your universe existed, the Father had already foreseen that you would dwell there. You have not been a passing thought. You were carefully planned from the dawn of time, and your destiny has been designed to be a positive addition to all of creation.
Progressive spiritual growth often transforms mortals in such a way that it becomes inconceivable for them to go back, even when they have let go of beliefs and false needs that were once considered important. Likewise, sooner or later, a crossroads will appear, causing your spirit to long to explore new forms of expression, and the materialistic solutions of the past will fail to silence these higher yearnings.
These situations and feelings will come to you many times throughout your existence. At no point will you reach a level where there are no more paths for growth and exploration. Use the best of your discernment and wisdom to find the new avenues of expression that your spirit wishes you to experience. As always, seek the answers within yourself, and open your mind and heart to the guidance of your spirit, which already knows perfectly how you feel and will know how to guide and lead you toward new and higher levels of spiritual growth—always respecting your free will and your desire to become ever more useful to creation and to offer something in return to your Father in heaven.”

Subject: “Will-Self versus Self-Will.

The Beloved One: “Good morning, child. Allow me to uplift your dark mood. You seem to have great difficulty in keeping yourself in a happy balance. May the truth be told once more that a calm, religious inner life is only obtained after much struggle and effort! Victory comes to those who persevere in the good fight against their lower tendencies — especially one of self-pity. There are many mortals who suffer intractable pain on different levels, which at times can be relentless and seems to carry on forever.
“At some point it is useful to remember that nothing lasts forever. These periods can be thought of as lessons in endurance and a way of strengthening one’s character. Lessons, when learned correctly, create a strong backbone and help you to be able to take things as they come. I know that you possess a ‘fighting’ spirit and that no matter what, you were always able to rise above every negative difficulty upon your path. Remember when you made lemonade when life‘s circumstances dealt you another lemon, so to speak? Although in hindsight you realized that no one did anything to you and that it was you who through thoughtlessness would land yourself in situations when you did not think about the consequences.
“Sad to say, this is the way practically all humans take in their lessons and learn from them — the hard way. It must be mentioned that most humans sooner or later do learn their lessons. It is therefore quite useful to look back and discover in hindsight how incredibly much light there was on your life’s path — where the negativity of life has been transmuted into light due to costly lessons learned, thereby evoking a great deal of thankfulness towards the Creator of all.
“The reason why the world is in a situation of pending chaos is that not many mortals are acting upon their Inner Guidance from on High. The solution is contained in one developing inner listening skills and allotting time each day for inner listening to obtain badly needed guidance, so the outer life can benefit in right action. There is much Spirit help available to every normal-minded person. You have your personal Gifts from the Creator as well as the mighty Spirit of Truth gifted by Jesus, which is still totally under-utilized. There is also the ever ready Comforter, from the Holy Spirit Mother. No one is bereft of these spiritual influences. Even the angels stand helplessly by, because you do not ask them, as you mortals have been given free will, which is sacrosanct and which no angels is allowed to interfere with unless specific orders are received.
“Start thinking about your higher will-self, rather than your puny self-will. There is a tremendous difference between the higher will and the lower thoughtless self-will. The higher will-self is connected to God’s will, which would make life so much easier if the will-self would connect up and be utilized with the Guidance of the Divine Spark from God within. Quit living as thoughtless animals following your selfish wills and start utilizing your higher will-self in concert with the will of God. This planet would benefit exponentially and progress towards her ultimate destination in Light and Life.”

Thought Adjuster: “You condition your sacred space by your intentionality. A guest will pick up on the telltale signs of a heartfelt welcome rather than outward showiness.
The mere fact that you show up every morning with a sincere longing to greet Me and spend quality time with Me suffices to ‘activate’ Me, as I now have a fully engaged auditor and interlocutor.
I respond to the quality of the energy you emit. When it is at the low end of the spectrum, I cater to your immediate needs and our shared time in the Stillness will recharge your depleted batteries. Do resort to this ever-available jumpstart whenever needed throughout your day.
Whenever your energies are more harmonious and peaceful, I cater to your spiritual enlightenment. ‘Ask and you shall receive’ goes beyond articulating questions. I pick up on what puzzles you, as I am an alert Witness. Just as a devoted nanny picks up on the unspoken prompts of the baby under her watchful care and ‘responds’ to its immediate needs, I am well aware of the lay of your inner land and will help you find a direction.
Nevertheless, when you consciously articulate your preoccupations to Me, it promotes your self-understanding. Once ‘expressed,’ you can look at things from a more detached perspective — like the writings on a blackboard. I watch over your shoulder and help you decipher your existential riddles.
Turning to Me will always have a precious payoff: peace of mind and peace of heart; valuable insights and motivational clarity.”
