Subject: “The Soul Building Process – Part One.”

Teacher Ophelius: “The message for today is about the soul building process and the three main processors – the mind, the heart, and the Thought Adjuster (in this order) – and how these three components work together to feed the growing morontia soul. By knowing the process, and how these processors work together, you may become more effective in growing a weightier soul by making conscious decisions where you determine the quality of your experiences – ‘what goes in.’
“We must first understand what the soul actually is. This, my friends, is a lengthy subject all of its own, but I will define it here in brief: The soul can be thought of as a growing embryo – like a fetus – an unborn child that is growing within you. You are the mother of this growing child and therefore it is important that you care for your own health (both mental and physical) because of the consequence it may have on the growing child within. You would not smoke, drink alcohol, take harmful drugs, or partake in dangerous activities, for this may have a detrimental outcome on the child’s health when it is born and could lead to developmental disabilities. Moreover, you would love this child while in the womb, speak to her, read, sing perhaps, and nurture this child even before you could hold her because this child is a part of you.
“You would put the very best of who you are into the care of this unborn child knowing she will be wholly dependent on you for all her needs when she is born. In anticipation for her arrival, you prepare the child’s room, find a comfortable crib, gather little outfits, and fill the room with stimulating objects, toys, and artwork – perhaps even start a college fund for her education. You are planning for the future of this child’s life and wanting the very best for her life experiences.
“The soul, my friends, is wholly dependent on you for its development and therefore it is beneficial for you to take great care in the decisions you make in life, both great and small. The soul is the very best part of who you are and what you are becoming. Therefore, this unborn child is really you! It is the ‘you’ who will pick-up and live life in the next phase of your ascendant career on the mansion worlds of your local system. Wouldn’t you want to build the very best ‘you’ there could be while you are living in this world? You have ‘everything’ to do with the pro- or atrophic development of your soul.
“Many of you have never thought about the soul this way, yet this is so important for your future development both here and hereafter! The womb is your current life – your interest, your relationships, your activities, your adventures, your thought life – all those things that ‘feed’ your experiences, which become the ‘palate’ for the appetite of the soul. Not all of the foods on your plate will become integrated into the body of the soul, only those worthy experiences, values, and moral decisions that embody Truth, Beauty, and Goodness, and deemed to be ‘of survival value’ by your Thought Adjuster (the third processor) to become a part of your growing soul.
“How do we know what experiences and values the Thought Adjuster will harvest and which will be discarded with the flesh? How do we optimize the process and maximize our time? This we will explore in Part Two of this message. Until then, please think about the pediatric care of your soul – the unborn ‘you’ and what you are feeding this child and how you are nurturing her.

George: “Welcome to this proud planet of false flags, black swans, political expediency, war crimes, genocide, market manipulation and wash trades. Like the puppets we’re all meant to be, we continue to believe the bold-faced lies that roll on, and on, and on. You must one day tell us why you were nervously biting your fingernails for the long awaited good news that you were to teach Urantians. Such honor! Don’t mind me, Teach.”
Samuel: “Greetings my dear students, both. I so appreciate your sense of humor even in the dire and inflammable circumstances that have you so dismayed. My planet was calm. It was peaceful, and yet it was progressive. Should you have landed there in my time you would have found it exceedingly boring, because this, as you so clearly indicated, is a wild place. This environment selects, instructs and hardens the already tough ones, needed in the universes of the future, for you will be the go-getters, the problem solvers.
“It is so that evolutionary planets can and do go through hard times. Your world is not unique regarding the all-around barbarism presently displayed. I guess, however, that it is also very necessary to bring us those treasures of evolutionary progress that are true in serving two masters – their fellow man and families, and their Creator. These of good will, will one day rule in their bestowed places far off in outer space, making the hard decisions that will in turn bring up the tough creatures the Creators require for their ever expanding universes.
“To the point I wish to make: I take you now to the time when the long-lived Adamson and Ratta had their many children. I want you to see it now just as I was shown, how some so very much resembled their father – the blond haired ones, yellow, white, the red haired ones, and the pale brunette. As well, those who typically resembled their mother, her dark eyes, her black hair, her tall, slender stature. It would be obvious to some, but it was a surprise to many that, in essence, those were two different sets of children.
“Some of these Andites would on occasions feel themselves to be ‘much above others’. And so when their ancestors were long departed, when their numbers had grown, those who resembled Adamson more so than Ratta traveled to the west, the north and the north-west, yes, those were the directions in which they went, in great waves. Those who resembled Ratta in many ways, tended to dwell in the area below Lake Van for the longest time, then traveled to the south-east. They were long famed as the Tribes of Ratta.
“Despite the many thousands of years gone by, those Andites of the north did so relate to Adam and Eve, the Garden and the failure of the Adamic pair, although much of the story was lost. Those Andites of the south, being more Nodite in appearance, did see themselves as the offspring of their Ratta, and even one of their gods, Kali or Kalika, was named after, and basically once represented, Caligastia.

Mentor: “Do place your ready fingers to the keyboard and listen carefully to the words that will flow into your mind. It is so very important to develop a focused attention when a request comes from on high to find a willing soul to take dictation. Once found, it becomes important that such a soul should develop a closer relationship with the Spirit from God within him or her. The Eternal Son has placed in all embryonic mortal souls a responsive chord with the capacity to listen, so there can be instant communication with the God-head of all creation. The Infinite Spirit, through every Spirit Daughter of every evolving local universe is providing all evolving mortals with a workable mind, upon which humans can expand if so desired. The Universal God has provided all mortals with free will so they can choose for themselves to enter Paradise after completing the One Mandate of becoming perfect during their ascension journey. This is the Grand Design of Life, laid out for all who answer the call of Spirit.
“The important question we celestials entertain in our minds, and speak of among each other, is: ‘When will the humans on this beautiful orb in space wake up to their true calling and purpose of living, and start answering to the said mandate of becoming perfect?’
“It is vital for you to start realizing that your planet received the signal honor of hosting the Creator Son of a mighty universe in which your evolving planet is located. Has anyone ever stopped to consider what great an honor this was, and still is, as Michael, whom you all know as Jesus, chose this planet – out of a potential ten million in the process of evolving – to show and teach you about a loving God in heaven. Instead some greedy unthinking rulers steeped in the olden laws of ages ago, had Him nailed to a cross, even though they were the ones teaching the common people about the coming of the Messiah. Blinded by greed and their power over the people, they would not accept the mild mannered Messiah when He came onto the scene as a gentle carpenter. They insisted in imagining a Messiah who would ‘sit on the throne of David’, and free them from the Roman oppressors of those times.
“They could have known that this Messiah was to come for the whole world as they were the chosen race, among whom He would be born due to being the first race having accepted the One God concept, rather than all the multiple minor gods among the other peoples. Instead, by nailing the Son of God and Son of Man to a cross, they forever forfeited being the chosen race that was designated to proclaim the Fatherhood of God and the Brotherhood of Man abroad, and into all the world.
“Do think of what travesty has befallen this planet. This enlightening story can be found in The Urantia Book, including the documentation of how Jesus until the last minute offered them a chance to redeem their souls and accept His good news that all of humanity are children of God, never mind what gender, race, creed, or color. Indeed, that all are worthy of being called the children of God.”

Thought Adjuster: “In truth, you are the architect of your destiny. They are your decisions that have brought you to the reality in which you now live, and in the future, your decisions will move you to other realities, which will simply be your collective creations.
“Many among you are not willing to accept that they are where they decided to be. Perhaps you may be at a moment in your life you would rather not be experiencing. Facing the reality that this moment has been of your very own making may allow some feelings of incredulity and rejection to surface. Maybe at present you are in a job you don’t enjoy. Maybe you are in a relationship that doesn’t make you happy. Maybe you are going through a divorce or a separation.
“Ruling out accidents, everything you are experiencing today has been your choice. Maybe the results you are facing today were not what you had in mind when you made the decisions that brought you here. Maybe you didn’t invest in a lot of thinking and made your decisions lightly. If you examine everything you live today in the light of your past choices, you will know that it has always been you who decided your destiny and created your reality.
“Even when it may be hard to accept that you are suffering by your own hands, this realization is necessary for you to take responsibility and control over your destiny. Your decisions of the present should be taken more carefully from now on, and by letting your Inner Light illuminate the path to take. Thus your reality will change to something more in line with your dreams and your true desires – those wishes coming from the soul.
“Do not expect miraculous changes. What you are experiencing today did not happen magically, or immediately. In the same way, the future situations you are creating today will not happen all at once. They will take some time, but you can be sure that as long as you learn to trust the Divine Presence of the Father in you, and to follow His advice, you will start to create a more fulfilling life, more conducive to your spiritual growth and to the expression of your true self.”

Thomas: “You, our human cousins, are real citizens of Urantia, but only in the transient way. Human civilization and even the knowledge of God has suffered immensely from the interruptions to human endeavors. The ministry of the Universe Sons, such as that of the Planetary Prince and Adam and Eve, was meant to provide continuing invisible and visible administration on Urantia that would compensate for these cultural gaps caused by the natural death of your leaders. However, unfortunately, both these previous missions failed in our sphere. The adherence of Caligastia to the Lucifer manifesto, the upheaval in the proven teaching and administrative policies of the Constellation Fathers, and the miscarriage of the genetic and cultural Adamic upstepping plan, deprived our world of the normal, stable and continuing benefits that otherwise would have attended Urantia.
“We, the Midwayers, also suffered from these unfortunate deviations, but all of us eventually managed to survive both unfortunate events and become the permanent citizens of Urantia. Since we don’t have physical bodies subject to the kinds of decay of your dimension, we, Primary and Secondary Midwayers, have lived on this sphere for many thousands of years and today we are the only real planetary connection of those faraway days to your present day. Presently being in good spiritual standing, all of us are subject to following orders coming from Prince Machiventa in his efforts to advance the Correcting Time. The Correcting Time will eventually bring Urantia onto its normal course and prepare it for the advent of future Paradise Missions and for the promised return of our Creator Son, Christ Michael.
“We Midwayers no longer act at will as many of us did in the past, misled by Caligastia’s doctrines of unbridled personal liberty. We are structured into a single organization, the United Midwayers of Urantia, and we follow our universe prime directive of non-interference with the exercise of human free will, except when specifically so directed by our superiors. This is the reason why we cannot interfere with your political, social and personal dealings, even if on many occasions and by our evaluation, they are rather disastrous to your way of life. Our way of influencing your realm is mostly by fostering good human initiatives, especially in those human subjects sponsored by experienced Thought Adjusters. We rarely intervene by preventing you from taking certain actions.
“Our culture and knowledge are indeed far ahead of yours, not only by our continuous accumulation and preservation of these, but also due to our constitution. We are capable of speedily performing tasks which would take you a considerable amount of time to perform. We never suffer from tiredness or forgetfulness, as you do. We retain all we learn and experience, and we have no need to stop and rest, although we do enjoy the opportunities for leisure and meditation. Our most valuable contribution to this world (besides when some of us attended the bestowal of Christ Michael on Urantia, when incarnated as Jesus of Nazareth) was the mediation for the materialization of recent Uversa and Nebadon revelations, known to you as the Book of Urantia, including our own account of the Life of Jesus Christ. In summary, we continuously work on your behalf, to facilitate your spiritual progress. However, we cannot solve your problems. It is your responsibility to take care of your selves. We can help, and much help is available to you, if only you would want to use it. Would you? By your request, I made myself available for this lesson.
