Thought Adjuster: “How is it possible that the media has the power to decide what you should be worried about and what is important? Due to the business model of the news corporations, they know that bad news sells best. A public that is afraid is a captive audience to the media. It is not a mystery to these organizations that during times of crisis people pay more attention to the news.
“For this reason, when there are no natural disasters, the media has to come up with artificial disasters to keep the interest of its audience. The world is always at the brink of global collapse. There is always a new enemy somewhere in the world that could affect our personal safety. There is always a new scandal that should be brought to light. It is no wonder that most of the population is under the impression that day-by-day this world is getting worse.
“Now consider what would be the role of the media in a world established in Light and Life. When wars and power struggles are ancient history, what would the news shows, radio, television and the internet report? In such a world only natural crises would be relevant — hurricanes, earthquakes, etc. The media would be a service to keep people informed about real situations that could affect their well-being. The second main function for the media would be to distribute information about new discoveries and ideas to improve human knowledge.
“A media that plays these two roles would indeed be performing an educational and much-needed function in a material world. This would be a function that really contributes to the development and progress of a civilization by making sure that the best of human thought finds its way to the minds and hearts of all. This is the role that communication media should aspire to in a mature world.
“You have been conditioned to believe that you have to be informed, as if it were a matter of life or death. However, nothing is being said about the quality and relevance of such information. In reality your life is in the hands of your Father. Nobody can take it away from any of you, unless you decide to renounce it. So why would you want to be aware of so much bad news? Why would you be so concerned?
“Sometimes the reality of this world has very little to do with the personal reality of a human being who trusts in a good and loving Father and considers himself or herself to be a true child of this Father. Everything you need for eternal life has been given to you already and nobody can take it away. Live your life with faith, courage, enthusiasm and hope, leaving the outcome in the hands of God. As long as you are trying to reach perfection with all your heart, you will be contributing in a positive way to your family, your community, your nation and your civilization.
“Rid yourselves of that heavy load of concerns and anxieties promoted by external agents and rest in the Source of all life and all knowledge that already dwells within your heart. This is the prelude to true freedom.”

Subject: “What Constitutes a Dispensation.”

Bzutu: “I am here, a Midwayer Chief, vastly under-utilized by a friend of some 70 years. This is ABC-22, cordially invited here to lecture about dispensations. Take our dictation now.
“What is a dispensation? A dispensation — in the spiritual sense — is a period of time during which certain celestial rules do or do not apply, or they simply vary. These rules, for example, may be of a progressive nature in that many sleeping survivors may be awakened to commence their Mansion world careers. The lengthy isolation, initiated because of the Lucifer Rebellion, was very limiting. Communication lines were cut. The planet was isolated. The spiritual economy of Urantia was in a deep depression and sinking further.
“Fortunately, such dreaded system-wide periods are rare. The more regular, positive dispensations, so we are taught, tend to include just one or two new regulations that award citizens for the progress they have made as a world population, and these dispensations can last for centuries. Here I need to make clear that a dispensation might only apply to one or a few individuals — and for a short time. The present dispensation, however, is a very special one. Call it the Dispensation of the Correcting Time. It is much a departure from the normal.
“The dispensation’s important trigger was the approaching adjudication of the Lucifer Rebellion, but long before that the rehabilitation of rebel midwayers and angels had begun. As well, the incarnation of a Magisterial Son had been planned and yet this event is still some time off. Can you see where I’m going with this? You can! There is no particular date or time at which this unique and special dispensation was either begun or will be completely established, as you may call the process of its being fully realized.
“Consider now the decades-long preparations of the celestial Teachers and the fact that the Paradise citizen, Monjoronson, has not yet appeared. This Correcting Time dispensation, whose beginning is now stretched out for over more than 200 years is coming together like the “whatever-it-takes” mandate Michael decided it would be and as the Father Creator endorsed it. The Lucifer Rebellion adjudication finally out of the way, the long-neglected planet Urantia had to be rescued, whatever effort it would take.
“You saw the influx of thousands of “alien” midwayers, spiritual groups such as the Teaching Mission, as well as your own 11:11 Progress group. You witnessed the publication of the Urantia Papers, their contents worked on for many decades and you witnessed the celebration of Machiventa’s promotion to Urantia Planetary Prince in his very own right, succeeding the Creator Son Himself. And even now, I assure you, the individual dispensations are not all done. More decisions will be made to turn the Correcting Time into a success.
“Whatever it takes, our human friend, it will surely be given to our unusual world until Correcting Time gains will have readied us all to make this a shiny new place of Light and Life.

Thought Adjuster: “Let us begin by acknowledging the need for discipline without attaching any presumptions or negative connotations to the word. A human being requires the guidance of leadership and the highest leadership comes from within for doing the Will of the Indwelling — the Thought Adjuster. The embryonic soul, present from birth, with the acceptance of the Adjuster at the first morally significant selfless decision, requires the leadership of the Adjuster, moment-to-moment, day-to-day. Unqualifiedly important to this process of soul growth is the willingness and receptivity of the human free-will personality to listen and act, based on the recommended choice of the Indwelling Adjuster. The Adjuster’s choice is the highest, most ethical and responsible decision.
“Without question, the Indwelling Spirit knows the best, most helpful, and supremely just decision to make in any given situation.
“Christ Michael and Mother Spirit are conscious of all indwelt and pre-indwelt children in the local universe and they make efforts to personally connect with each individual at opportune moments, when the individual experiences the beautiful pangs of sincere heart-felt desire to have a relationship and connectivity with their Spirit Parents.
“Awareness of this spiritual family and community of spirit expands and heightens as the individual makes the conscious decision to allow the indwelling Adjuster more space and unhindered access to the higher Morontia Mind. The dedication and discipline of prayerful meditation allows the investment of spiritizing forces, light and insight at these sacred times.
“Freely offered cooperation usually eventuates into accelerated personality advancement. Opportunities for alignment and attunement to the highest individual life plan present themselves. The individual is tempted by the hungry infant soul within to cooperate with Spirit, and to actively co-create and participate in the advancement of the consciousness of the indwelt species of the planetary sphere. The evolutionary “victor” is the species that is collectively challenged to elevate to Christ Consciousness. Eventually, all individual persons on an advanced Planet will accept from a very young age that they all are evolutionary children of the Creator and cosmic citizens at their first stage of development.
“The inner listening discipline of which we speak is an activity that engenders a real feeling of dignity and demonstrates a service attitude, founded on the need to feed the young soul and growing personality with quality experiences to apply the Power invested in them for good and to uphold the principles of brotherhood. Sincere receptivity is an essential element for successful attainment of the highest individual life plan and necessary for the harmonization and coordination of the service-work within the family of Lightworkers — both human and celestial.
“This serves to advance the Will of the Creator Son and His staff, who are always dedicated to the evolution of culture to Light and Life and to an enlightened planetary culture supporting the values of spiritual laws, what has been termed “sustainability” at this juncture on Urantia. The Urantia Book Revelation and the Correcting Time, the myriad Celestial Teachers, the adjudication of the Lucifer Rebellion, the rehabilitation of all Midwayers and Angels, and the coming Magisterial Mission, are all deity prerogatives initiated by Michael and upheld by the Paradise Creator of all!”

Thought Adjuster: “I AM here – always with you, for I never leave you. You are never alone. I AM not far off in an unreachable place. Where you go, I go also. I see what you see. I hear what you hear. I feel what you feel. I experience all that you experience, yet I gather and hold only those experiences that are necessary for your future life and the lessons for your growth. I am always “adjusting” to the changing conditions of your heart and mind and speaking softly to guide you toward those decisions that will bring you to a place of greater understanding. I amplify the feelings of joy in you when you choose to love and when you make decisions that lead to growth and understanding. I AM here to show you the way – to pilot you across the vastness of the creation – to explore all the wonders and sublime realms and worlds that are the classrooms and playgrounds for your perfection attainment.
“We are partners. And the more you realize and acknowledge our partnership, the more integrated I become with you. My love for you is truly unconditional, and like a beloved partner, I accept all of you – all your decisions – even when I know they will lead to sorrow. For in the sorrow there is a lesson there that has value when you allow me to enlighten you. I AM your Divine Operator and I coordinate and bring together all the spiritual resources that I “Will” for you to have according to your willingness and maturity to receive.
“Your present reality – the terrestrial life in this realm – is where you experience and learn the rudiments of love. As a child, you had no waking consciousness of Me and yet I observed you and monitored your life, making loving adjustments to your thoughts and guiding you without your knowing. Progress was slower then, but now that you are aware of my presence within you, I can accelerate your growth when you willingly come to me and allow your thoughts to align with my guidance.
The most potent form of alignment is when you communicate directly with the Father Creator of all. In this place of alignment, there is no need of any celestial operator or intermediary. I AM your direct channel to the Creator of all. I AM a “fragment” of this same Creator – wholly connected and replete, yet specialized to do the work of integrating the creature consciousness with divine consciousness until that day when “we” becomes “I.”
“That day can only come about when you bring me into your consciousness and make me a “full partner” acknowledging my presence within you – with complete trust and knowing that I AM here to lovingly guide you to perfection. When you whole-heartedly consecrate your will to the Father (in your imperfect form and present awareness) and allow me to teach and guide, you will, eventually, “sit at no man’s feet,” for within this intimate circuit is all love, all knowledge, all connection to the highest Source of creation. All this – the mysteries of the universes lay ahead for your astonishment and wonder – to personally experience together with me as we ascend to paradise and finally stand as One in the presence of the Creator – to receive the divine embrace and to be deemed a Finaliter of god-likeness, experiencing Love in its purest form.

Subject: “Eminently Suited to Each Other.”

The Beloved One: “Dear one, this will be a testimony to how much a mortal and her, or his, Spark from God can get so intimate with each other that a feeling of ‘belongingness’ is beginning to saturate the human host. This, my dear one, is something that is mandated on Paradise. However, much depends on the willingness of the indwelled one as to how much conscious time is spent in the company of the indwelling Gift from God. Let us be true about it; there needs to be a certain hunger on the part of the mortal in wanting to get to really know this mysterious entity.
“It is like a new-found friend one would resonate with if one would get to know that new friend better, as there would need to be a mutual attraction. These Gifts from God are never randomly dispensed from heaven. It very much depends on the genetic make-up of the potential host, whose previous generations might already have been researched and considered. Therefore, the Thought Adjuster can early prepare the divine blueprint, which It will bring along, as soon as the child attains the moment of moral decision-making. The Thought Adjuster then quite unceremoniously enters the child.
“At that time will start a new life for that young child. He or she has at that moment become a bonafide personality in the annals of heaven, to be watched with great interest on how he or she will behave and present throughout life. The parents, if they are observant enough, might well notice an improvement in behavior as the child becomes somewhat easier to get along with due to the subtle influence of the newly arrived Thought Adjuster.
“From this recital you may come to the conclusion that the arrival of a Thought Adjuster in a child is never random. In other words, they will be eminently suited to each other. This is the mystery of this momentous happening and gives value to the saying that all children are loved by God, and therefore full of promise to at sometime in the future become perfect like God. This is the significance of the pronouncement made before time-space existed, as God said, ‘Let us make man in our image.’ Of course, this includes women, because men and women are created to be complemental to each other and become co-creators with God.
“This sounds like a very simple statement, but it is obvious to all celestials that in general the males still have very little regard for their mates, who often bear the greatest burdens in child-raising. To affect a greater stability and peace on this planet, there is a dire need for the males here to begin to right this abominable inequality towards the females for a sense of rightness to prevail. Consider these Sparks from God within; the Guides and Helpers, who so patiently labor in the background of your minds, for you to realize that they, too, are eminently suited to you all, to be your forever companions on the road to perfection.”
