Anyas: When people come together, for instance, to pray for peace, it seems so elusive. Are we collectively contributing to a fund that will make something happen through synergy?
Monjoronson: Yes, very much so. You have on your planet what we call ‘Universal Voice’. It is a collective voice. Exactly how that voice accumulates determines what kind of spiritual growth you, as a population on Earth, are making. One way you contribute to that collective voice is through your prayers and your petitions, and it does affect the planetary progress of your world.
Your contribution of a prayer coming from an urgent need helps build a much higher spiritual reaction, and that results in a much higher resonance on your planet. The Universal voice is impacted by the positive spiritual behavior of residents on your planet, and it requires a critical amount to affect this result. Your prayers may also support our intentions to infuse more truth, beauty, and goodness into the lives of the inhabitants on your planet.
Anyas: The concept of ‘Universal Voice’ interests me. I’d like to know more about it in the future. I know we are not alone, and that our spiritual counterparts are also praying for the same thing. Can we enlist them to reach critical mass, or is it something that just has to happen from our side? Can we join in prayers and be more effective by giving more power to the forces of light?
Monjoronson: If you are talking about group prayer that includes us, it can be very effective. You can invite us, or we can invite you to share in prayer. It can certainly co-create a more powerful energetic effect. Through the participation of a mass of individuals at one time, it becomes an expanded movement of positive energy toward a unified intention. So, yes, it can be effective!
Anyas: So, would it be good to stage more collective prayers?
Monjoronson: Yes. Know, though, that your individual prayers carry their own weight as well. When you pray with good intentions, it is not only serving those you are praying for, but it is serving you in that it is opening your heart and your mind. It is expanding your ability to find strategies, to feel relief, to be able to manage your own emotional makeup.
Prayer not only serves those for whom you intend it, but, just like the expression of gratitude, it opens your mind mechanisms to an expanded awareness, to spiritual truth, goodness, and beauty. It can be of personal benefit to you as well.
Anyas: This brings to mind another kind of prayer. Sometimes we pray for people who are not open to prayer. They are not capable of praying for themselves because they do not believe in prayer. But we send out prayers on their behalf anyway. Are those prayers effective?
Monjoronson: All prayers are effective to a degree. When you pray for someone who is not particularly open to you praying for them, there are, of course, barriers and restrictions that are placed by that individual. However, positive loving energy is never wasted. It will find its way into some path that may possibly affect that individual.
Anyas: That’s encouraging. I am thinking about when a change in my life circumstance triggered openings to deeper thinking. It was quite transformative. Does spirit work through those opportunities, situations, and circumstances that we may initiate with our own free will?
Monjoronson: Of Course. We respect your free will and support you in ways that we can when you exercise it.
How many times have you felt the futility of someone who will not change their mind? Perhaps it happened when you were expressing your own free will by sharing what you considered the truth, and yet it had no effect on the one who engaged in many untruthful remarks. It left you feeling like you had no control over that individual’s behavior to stop the lies that were generated. Then, down the road, suddenly, something happened in the life of that individual that required him or her to acknowledge the truth and respond differently.
We do what we can to shine light on truth when the opportunity arises. Your prayers can do the same and will be directed where they will have the best intent, the best timing, and where they will have the best result.
Anyas: So, what we should be concerned about is just praying out of the depths of our hearts for truth, beauty, and goodness? And the timing is yours?
Monjoronson: Yes, at times. And the intent is yours. I am not telling you to only pray in general terms. Pray alone, pray within a group, and pray with a specific direction and intention in mind. Ask for the best outcome, and when you do so, understand that through your prayers, there are many, many ways that the energy you create may be utilized.
(Gratitude was expressed as this portion of the session ended.)
