Subject: “To Be Made in His Image.”

The Beloved: “There is no greater or more pleasant surprise for a mortal then to realize that it is a tool in the Master’s hand, to be wielded with the same love and compassion in which it was formed for the benefit of countless others.
Who knows the budding capacities of a soul better than the Creator? My beloved, ponder these words: ‘To be made in His image.’ When these words: ‘To be made in our image,’ were spoken in the eternal past, it had nothing whatsoever to do with the physical body. It had everything to do with the undying soul, which, as a seed, would be housed in the mortal temple of a being with free will to help choose its destiny.
The degree went forth, ‘Be ye perfect even as I am perfect.’ This is your purpose and goal of the ages. What you do with your seed-soul in this mortal life, which is the foundation life of all the ages to come in eternal life, is your gift back to the Creator.
In this seed-soul lie many hidden gifts, which will only be fully realized in the fullness of time. It is your privilege and duty to do the best you can, firstly, to help this seed-soul to grow by learning the lessons life presents to you, and secondly, through your choices and decision-making in learning the lessons of compassion and forgiveness towards all others.
When the Universal God spoke to His Co-Creators – the Eternal Son and the Infinite Spirit –saying: ‘Let us make man in our image,’ this, of course, included all women for in God’s eyes there is no gender and all are equal in His sight. Men and women are created to complement each other, and help each grow on the spiritual path.
It is an abomination to God’s Father-Heart, to observe how His daughters are threated on this confused and spiritually backward planet. Your Master-Son, Jesus, came to help set this straight when He also trained 12 women apostles. Little is known from your olden records about these women. Mary Magdalene was their spokesperson as was the apostle Andrew for the males.
Think of the travesty and abuse, which has been rampant on this planet. The time has come for an awakening of all souls to remember their divine heritage and destiny, and to start behaving accordingly.”

Still Small Voice: “Spiritual activation is a reality — a fact of eternal life. Unlike physical birth, it requires your participation. The formation stage of your soul occurs within the warm confines of the state-of-the-art motherly womb. After incubating there for nine months, you make your grand entrance in the spacious planetary womb to remain there for an indefinite duration until you reach your next due date, and emerge somewhere else in the vast multiverse.
Your spiritual birth parents are Christ Michael (who incarnated among you as Joshua Ben Joseph) and his Queen Consort — Mother Spirit. During your spiritual gestation, you are attached to them by an umbilical cord composed of the connective tissues of the Spirit of Truth and the Holy Spirit — a feeding tube that provides you with essential soul nutrients.
The maturation of your carnal envelope follows a natural and divinely-ordained course. It is unstoppable unless you make the irremediable and unfortunate decision to call it quits.
You may claim you did not have a say in your conception. You most certainly have one regarding your eternal survival, as you are your co-creator. As such, you need to cater to the needs of your soul child and protect its livelihood by treating your body as a sanctuary.
Ideally, your spiritual birth (or rebirth) will occur in this world — beyond if you are a late bloomer. The sooner, the better, as it is your valuable contribution to the cosmic welfare — your plot of heaven that annexes itself to the kingdom of the hearts.
As you develop spiritually, you also grow in self-respect. Life force and light are indispensable for growth and enlightenment. Be like the sunflowers that keep their faces turned to the sunlight while drawing their nutrients from the fertile soil where life planted them.”

Teacher Prometheus: “Great acts of generosity cannot be measured by the calculating mind, but by the feeling one experiences in the heart, and the surety in one’s confidence that a kindness has been proffered.
“The sincere act of generosity does not involve any analysis of sacrifice, but is given to alleviate suffering, support the growth and development of another, offer companionship and compassion, solace, or simply comfort.
“Monetary generosity is of value if it assists another in sustaining, maintaining or contributing to their quality of life, health, welfare, happiness, or to alleviate strife. ‘Small’ is only a relative word and to label an act of genuine generosity as ‘large’ or ‘small’ is inappropriate in the spiritual sense.
“In general, if you feel ‘soul-satisfied’ in your action when choosing to give either, words, deeds, time, emotional, educational, financial, or spiritual support, then consider it sincere and refrain from glorifying your ego by advertising the act of giving to others.
“It is commendable to share and to expect nothing in return, but unnecessary to attach a sense of pride to the giving, rather a sense of humility, since ultimately all good comes back to you, and is an investment of love for which you were created.

Frank: “…there are few situations as difficult to understand as the human mind at a loss. We are all familiar with the order of rapid progression in which a human brain/heart/mind readies itself for the acceptance of the seven Adjutants Mind Circuits — Intuition, Understanding, Courage, Knowledge and Council — not quite always in that exact order or to equal degrees. And now you are considering that some of these minute variations may impact upon personality and may in fact be part of the overall personality.
“Aha! OK. That is what I want you to reflect upon now and during the next day or so. Yes, you do have that correct. And after that comes Worship and Wisdom, of course, perhaps fleetingly or even as semi-permanent aspects of the Morontia Mind for the ‘lucky’ ones to count nine, not seven. Fleeting, however, as Morontia Mind contact can be for a human being, disease can strip away Wisdom, even Worship and a whole lot more. I shall leave it to our beloved surgeon, MNO-8 to further lecture on this subject.
Dr. Mendoza: “Situations of ‘Minds at a Loss’ can severely impact on the lives of médicos and carers, let alone untrained relatives who may find themselves nursing those suffering from symptoms of Dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease and other brain/mind impairments, such as mental illness. For the writer and his wife (names deleted), it is well for them to know that their patience and care for the sufferer goes well rewarded in our universes, for even the advanced human mind can see us all as one family — each other at our Root Source.
“For the patient, as for each of us — angel, midwayer and human — there will be judgment from Mansion World to Mansion World and far beyond into eternity as to our progress and suitability for advancement or promotion, if you will. However, judgment is always generous for the carers and the cared for. Those who through illness or accident find themselves no longer ‘in touch’ with the Adjutant Mind Spirits of Worship and Wisdom, even Council and Knowledge, do find themselves being considered as at an earlier stage.
“The drastic limitations of the electro-chemical human brain impacting on human minds is universally understood and generously compensated for on High.

Thought Adjuster: “While you live in this world you have the need to serve two masters; materialism and your spiritual inclinations. You must give each their due, but the key is to decide when you have given enough to each. An excess of materialism, without a doubt, will be an obstacle for your spiritual growth. An excess of spirituality can turn into fanaticism and make you lose sight of what is practical. You are a dual creature, material and spiritual, and you must learn how to function effectively at both these levels.
“However, for a mortal creature, the material and the spiritual do not need to be extreme opposites. It is possible to live a life of great spiritual achievements and material satisfactions. Observe the life of the Master, who always knew how to work using the best of His talents without becoming a slave to his material needs. He lived in poverty and never during his material life did he search for an easy way out or attempt to escape His responsibilities.
“Jesus is the perfect illustration of how a human being can live in this world while preparing for the next. Jesus triumphed in life not because of the level of material success he gained, because in reality he only managed to raise His family and provide for His mother and His siblings, preparing them to fend for themselves and overcome their problems. The greath triumph of Jesus was never losing sight of the purpose of His life – the reason why He came to this world – and His always pursuing that mission in everything He did.
“In your case, why have you come to this world? To live a life learning to know your Father and establishing a relationship with Him, preparing yourself as best you can for the next phase of your existence. Does this imply that you should live in poverty, or in wealth? No, but it does imply that you should learn to find peace and happiness – the joy of being – regardless of the situation in which you find yourself.
“In a world as confused as is Urantia it is normal to experience highs and lows. The societies of today may crumble tomorrow and order and sanity sometimes hang by a thread. However, it is within your being where the source of true peace can be found and where the storms of the world can be weathered. This is not an escape for timid souls that are incapable of facing the challenges of life. It is instead the spring at which those who courageously fight the battle of faith can drink and rest. It is the effort to see beyond the appearances of this world with the help of the Creator and Provider Who in eternity is manifesting His plan of love and truth over His creation.”
