Thought Adjuster: “After His glorious ascension back to the Father, Jesus’ first act of sovereignty after being freed from the limitations of his material body, was to bestow His living Spirit of Truth upon all flesh. It was left to the individual to gratefully receive this new and powerful endowment or to turn it down for lack of a foundation.
“What do I mean by that? There are two types of individuals on your world: those who strive to better themselves and to emulate Christ’s loving demeanor toward all; and those who are oblivious to such a soul-growth opportunity and indulge in self-love — a dead-ended travesty of Love.
“Just as I came to indwell you after you took your first moral decision, there are many other high spiritual influences that, with your full collaboration, will help you improve the way you live your life. The Spirit of Truth is one of them. Like Moses, who parted the Red Sea with the Rod of God, the Spirit of Truth separates the murky waters of deception and confusion from the pure living waters of truth and enlightenment.
“Why would you hesitate for even a moment to accept such an empowering gift? Human creatures tend to look a gift horse in the mouth, having been rendered incredulous and suspicious by wide-spread deceit. However, they are at no risk of being betrayed by the Divine Who ALWAYS has your highest good at heart. What about you? Do you have your highest good at heart? Have you figured out what it is? How else could you live as well as you can?
“Do not turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to the clamoring of your spiritual nature. Spirit wants to get your undivided attention to ensure that you make the most of your days and that you put aside the ‘seed money’ for your next life — not one of quiet retirement, but one of increased and joyful cosmic service.”
