Subject: “Anger Is Not The Path To A Happy Life”.

“My beloved brothers and sisters, one of the greatest secrets of a happy, well ordered life is the control of your emotions.  And we will review the greatest emotional change that is necessary.  

“You all suffer too much from a lack of control in the area of anger.  Instant anger is your response to far too many situations.  You developed this habit in childhood when you were thwarted in self-will.  All of the no’s in your life, when you want a yes are still instantly met with an angry response.  Patience in the no’s can turn many of them to yes’s.  

“What does anger do?  You use this attitude to control many situations over which you feel you have no control.  In truth, anger wastes the time far better used for rational decisions.  I have told you before that anger is counter-productive, and it is known as one of the deadliest of all emotions.  Anger can kill and you know this is truth.  

“Father desires a long and happy life, full of peace and joy for all His children.  Anger is not the path to that happy life.  Accept that the anger attitude is a waste of precious happy time.  And if it is a negative response far too often given place in your days, then go about the process of removal.  Learn to quickly forgive those brothers and sisters, who cause you this angry emotion, and add patience to the situations that bring the angry attitudes upon you.  

“Anger can come upon you in an instant, and be replaced with the understanding of its counter-productivity in almost an equally instantaneous response.  Think before you respond.”
